Samantha believes therapy is a space where healing and growth happen best in an atmosphere of safety, curiosity, and compassion. She takes a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to help clients deepen self-understanding, strengthen relationships, and navigate life’s challenges.

She works with individual adults, teens, children, and couples, supporting clients through major life transitions, relationship struggles, identity exploration, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, and neurodivergence (ADHD, autism). She helps teens manage academic stress, peer relationships, and emotional well-being, while guiding children in developing social-emotional skills and coping with family changes. Couples turn to Samantha to improve communication, build connection, and create healthier relationship dynamics.

Using evidence-based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness, Samantha tailors therapy to each client’s unique needs. She believes that with the right support, everyone has the capacity to heal, grow, and thrive.

Samantha earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, with a concentration in Marriage and Family Therapy, from Palo Alto University, and her Bachelor’s Degree from Duke University. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking Bay Area trails, practicing yoga, traveling, and spending time with loved ones—including her playful puppy, Hazy.
