I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from William Jessup University, and completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry and Leadership from Life Pacific University. I am a lifelong learner and enjoy working with (and learning from!) clients of all ages.

I have a wealth of experience serving clients working through depression, anxiety, negative self-image, anger management, as well as helping couples break out of their unproductive communication cycles. I like to pull a lot from DBT and give my clients practical tools that can help them experience relief from their anxious and overwhelmed symptoms. I also like to use John Gottman and Sue Johnson (EFT) as my inspirational guide guides when working with couples. Most recently, I’ve enjoyed my time working with school-aged students supporting them with social skills and helping them navigate their ups and downs.

I love eating and cooking and gardening! I guess they all kinda go together too :) I also love spending time with my family…indoors and outside as well. We play board games, play with our two dogs (yorkie-pom and Great Pyrenees), take family adventures, and try to go on at least one family vacation each year (this year was Great Wolf lodge in Manteca…pretty fun!).

Fun Fact: I was married in a castle! (Aimee’s Castle, Lake Elsinore)
